The Chat feature allows members to communicate in real time within a secure and organised environment. Members with access to a chat room receive instant notifications, can share photos and videos, and create instant polls to gather feedback.
Each user can also customise their notifications for individual chat threads, giving them control over how and when they receive updates.
Admins can monitor engagement using the “Seen By” feature, which shows who has viewed the latest message, making it easier to track communication across your team or club.
You can access and manage chat via both the mobile app and the website dashboard.
