How Do I Remove All Notifications in Team App?
If you have notifications that won’t clear individually, you can remove all notifications at once by following the steps below.
Steps to Clear All Notifications
Go to your Team App Home Screen on your smartphone
Tap the Notifications icon (bell icon) in the top-right corner
In the Notifications screen, tap the menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner
Select Clear All
All notifications will be removed from your notifications list.
If Notifications Still Appear
If notifications do not clear as expected:
Delete Team App from your device
Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play Store
Log back into your account
This can help resolve cached notification issues.

Clearing notifications does not affect your notification settings
You will continue to receive new notifications based on your preferences
