How Do I Delete My Membership from a Team?
If you no longer wish to be part of a specific Team App group, you can remove yourself at any time directly from the app.
Steps to Leave a Team
Go to your Team’s Home Screen
Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner
Select Leave This Team App from the menu
Confirm your choice to complete the process
Once completed, you will no longer see content, receive notifications, or appear in the team's member list.
If You Are Unable to Leave the Team
If you encounter any issues or do not see the option to leave:
Contact the team’s admin
Ask them to remove you from their members list via the website dashboard
Admins can manually delete a member at any time.
Important Notes
Leaving a team does not delete your Team App account
You can rejoin the team later if the admin approves your request
You will lose access to all content and features belonging to that team
