What Should I Do If I Have an Issue With a Store Purchase?

If you purchased an item through a Team App Store and:

  • Accidentally bought multiple items

  • Have not received the item

  • No longer want the item

  • Need a refund or clarification

You will need to contact the Team App Admin for the team or club you purchased from.


Who Handles Store Purchases?

All Store payments go directly to the team or club, not to Team App.

This means:

  • Team Admins manage all order fulfilment, including delivery and collection

  • Team Admins process refunds

  • Team App Support cannot assist with product issues, missing items, or refund requests


What You Should Do

  1. Open the Team App where you made your purchase

  2. Contact the Admin of that team or club

    • Use the Contact Us option

    • Or message an admin directly via Chat

  3. Explain the issue and request a refund, replacement, or update as needed


Important Note

Team App Support cannot provide:

  • Refunds

  • Order updates

  • Product delivery information

  • Intervention between you and the team admin

All store-related issues must be handled by the team or club selling the product.
