When you subscribe to your team’s calendar, Team App automatically syncs upcoming events to your personal device calendar (e.g., Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook). There are a few limits and timing behaviours to be aware of.
Event Sync Limit
Team App will sync a maximum of 100 events per calendar
These are the next 100 upcoming events, based on date and time
Older past events are not synced or displayed in your personal calendar
Sync Frequency
Calendar sync occurs every few hours
Because of this, new events or updates may not appear instantly
This means:
A newly added event may take a short time to appear
Edited event details may take a few hours to update
A new subscription may not populate immediately
Tips for Best Results
Allow time for the sync to process, especially after major changes
Ensure your device calendar is set to refresh subscribed calendars
If events still don’t appear after waiting, try removing and re-adding the subscription
