Syncing Events to Calendar

When you subscribe to your team’s calendar, Team App automatically syncs upcoming events to your personal device calendar (e.g., Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook). There are a few limits and timing behaviours to be aware of.


Event Sync Limit

  • Team App will sync a maximum of 100 events per calendar

  • These are the next 100 upcoming events, based on date and time

  • Older past events are not synced or displayed in your personal calendar


Sync Frequency

  • Calendar sync occurs every few hours

  • Because of this, new events or updates may not appear instantly

This means:

  • A newly added event may take a short time to appear

  • Edited event details may take a few hours to update

  • A new subscription may not populate immediately


Tips for Best Results

  • Allow time for the sync to process, especially after major changes

  • Ensure your device calendar is set to refresh subscribed calendars

  • If events still don’t appear after waiting, try removing and re-adding the subscription
