If you’ve forgotten your password or need to update it for security reasons, you can reset it directly from the login page.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Go to the Login Page
Enter your email address
Click Forgotten Your Password located under the password field
Select Reset Password
A password reset link will be sent to your email
Open the email and follow the link
Enter your new password twice and save
Return to the login page and sign in using your new password

Ensure you enter the same email linked to your Team App account
