You can quickly message a player or their parent directly from the Roster section of your team. Follow the steps below to start a chat.
Steps to Start a Chat From the Roster
Go to the Teams tab
Select your Team
Tap the Roster tab
Find the player you want to message
Tap the three dots (⋮) next to the player’s name
Select the Parent or player you want to message
This will open a new private chat with that individual.
Important Notes
The roster’s messaging options follow the Chat settings for your team.
If your team has chat restrictions enabled:
Admins only may be allowed to start private chats
Or all members may be permitted, depending on your setup
Parent information will only appear if it has been added to the player’s profile.
