Adding and Removing Team Calendar

How Do I Add or Remove a Calendar Subscription?

Calendar subscriptions are managed directly through your device’s calendar settings, not within Stack Team App. This applies to both adding and removing subscribed calendars.


Removing a Calendar Subscription

If you no longer want events syncing to your personal calendar:

  1. Open your device’s calendar app (e.g. Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook)

  2. Go to Calendar Settings / Subscribed Calendars

  3. Find the Team App calendar you subscribed to

  4. Select RemoveUnsubscribe, or Delete

The calendar will stop syncing once removed.


Important Notes

  • Removing your membership from a team does not automatically remove the calendar subscription

  • Subscribed calendars must always be removed manually via your device’s calendar settings

  • Changes may take a short time to fully stop syncing, depending on your device


If You Are Still Seeing Events

  • Double-check that the subscription has been removed from your calendar app

  • Restart your device if events continue to appear
