Having Trouble Logging In or Resetting Your Password?
If you are experiencing issues signing in, receiving verification emails, or resetting your password, please review the common scenarios below and follow the recommended troubleshooting steps.
1. Not Receiving Verification or Password Reset Emails
If you are not receiving a verification email, password reset email, or sign-in link, this is usually related to email filtering.
Things to Check
Your email provider may be marking Team App emails as SPAM or JUNK
Check your Spam/Junk folder carefully
Add or whitelist the domain stacksports.com in your email settings
(The steps vary by email provider—search online for instructions specific to your email service)
Additional Tip
Try signing up or logging in on both:
A PC/laptop, and
The Team App mobile app
In some cases, email links may work on one device but not the other.
2. Error When Clicking the Login Link in an Email
If you receive an error after clicking a login or reset link:
Make sure you open the email and click the link on the same device you are using to log in:
Logging in on a computer → open the email on your computer
Logging in on a mobile device → open the email on your phone
Opening the email on a different device can cause the link to fail.
