Why Am I Still Seeing Ads Even Though I Have a Subscription?

Members can remove ads from the mobile app for 12 months by purchasing the ad-removal subscription via Team App → Settings → Advertising.

If you have already purchased this subscription but are still seeing ads, please try the troubleshooting steps below.


Troubleshooting Steps

1. Reinstall the App

  • Delete Team App from your device

  • Reinstall it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)

  • Log back into your account


2. Restore Your Purchase

  1. Go to your Team App Home Screen

  2. Tap Settings → Advertising

  3. Select Restore

This will reapply your ad-removal subscription to your device.


3. Additional Step for Android Users

If ads are still appearing:

  1. Go to Device Settings

  2. Select Apps / Applications

  3. Tap Team App

  4. Go to Storage

  5. Select Clear Data

Then reopen the app and log in again.


Important Notes

  • Ad-removal applies only to the mobile app, not the website

  • If your Team App links to an external website, Team App cannot control ads shown on that external site

  • Ads displayed on external links are not affected by the ad-removal subscription
