Why Am I Still Seeing Ads Even Though I Have a Subscription?
Members can remove ads from the mobile app for 12 months by purchasing the ad-removal subscription via Team App → Settings → Advertising.
If you have already purchased this subscription but are still seeing ads, please try the troubleshooting steps below.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Reinstall the App
Delete Team App from your device
Reinstall it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
Log back into your account
2. Restore Your Purchase
Go to your Team App Home Screen
Tap Settings → Advertising
Select Restore
This will reapply your ad-removal subscription to your device.
3. Additional Step for Android Users
If ads are still appearing:
Go to Device Settings
Select Apps / Applications
Tap Team App
Go to Storage
Select Clear Data
Then reopen the app and log in again.
Important Notes
Ad-removal applies only to the mobile app, not the website
If your Team App links to an external website, Team App cannot control ads shown on that external site
Ads displayed on external links are not affected by the ad-removal subscription
