Things to Check
1. Ensure You Are Logged In to the Correct Account

If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you are logged into the account approved by your team
2. Check Your Notification Settings
Ensure push notifications are enabled for Team App on your device

Android: App Info → Notifications → Allow
3. Check Your Access Groups
Go to your Team’s Home Screen → Settings → Access Groups
