Unsubscribed Users

If a member’s profile shows Unsubscribed, it means they have chosen to stop receiving email notifications from your team.


What This Means for Admins

  • The member will not receive team emails

  • Admins cannot resubscribe the member on their behalf

  • This setting is controlled entirely by the user for privacy and compliance reasons


How Can a Member Resubscribe?

The member must resubscribe themselves by:

  • Using the unsubscribe/resubscribe link found in a previous Team App email, or

  • Updating their notification preferences within their account (if available)


Important Notes

  • Push notifications (via the app) may still be received if enabled

  • Email unsubscribe status does not remove the member from the team

  • This setting helps ensure compliance with email communication regulations
