If a member’s profile shows Unsubscribed, it means they have chosen to stop receiving email notifications from your team.
What This Means for Admins
The member will not receive team emails
Admins cannot resubscribe the member on their behalf
This setting is controlled entirely by the user for privacy and compliance reasons
How Can a Member Resubscribe?
The member must resubscribe themselves by:
Using the unsubscribe/resubscribe link found in a previous Team App email, or
Updating their notification preferences within their account (if available)
Important Notes
Push notifications (via the app) may still be received if enabled
Email unsubscribe status does not remove the member from the team
This setting helps ensure compliance with email communication regulations
