App Already Created for Team

If your team already has a Team App created, you can request access and, if appropriate, request admin permissions. Follow the steps below to gain access or report an issue.


1. Request to Become a Member

  1. Search for your team in the Team App

  2. Select Request to Become a Member

  3. Choose the appropriate Access Groups

  4. If you are a coach, manager, committee member, or official, you may also request Admin Approval

A current Full Admin will review and approve your request.


2. Request Admin Approval (If Appropriate)

If your role requires administrative control—such as a coach, team manager, or club official—you may request to be made an admin when joining the team.

Admins can then grant you:

  • Full Admin access

  • Restricted Admin access (for specific groups)


3. If You Cannot Gain Access or the App Was Created Without Permission

If you believe:

  • The team’s app was created without proper authority, or

  • You have been unable to contact existing admins to gain access

You should contact Team App directly.
