If you need to update the Stripe account connected to your Team App—for example, due to new treasurer details or changes in club banking—you can easily disconnect the current account and link a new one.
Steps to Change Your Stripe Account
Go to your Team’s Settings
Select Payment & Store Settings
Tap Payment Settings
Scroll down and choose Disconnect Stripe Account
Confirm the disconnection
Follow the prompts to link your new Stripe account
Once connected, all future payments and payouts will be processed through the new Stripe account.
Important Notes
Disconnecting Stripe does not impact previous transactions or payouts
Only full admins with payment permissions can make this change
Ensure the new Stripe account is fully set up and verified
Members will not notice any difference during checkout
