If you’ve purchased an individual ad-removal subscription and wish to cancel it, this must be done through your device’s app store. Team App cannot cancel subscriptions directly.
Below are the steps for both iPhone and Android users.
Cancelling on iPhone (App Store)
Open the App Store on your iPhone
Tap your Profile Icon (top right)
Select Subscriptions
Choose the Team App subscription under Active
Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial
Tap Confirm to complete the cancellation
Cancelling on Android (Google Play Store)
On your Android device, open Google Play
Go to Subscriptions (you can find this under your profile menu)
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Tap Cancel Subscription
Follow the on-screen instructions
Important Notes
You’ll continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not your Team App login.
Team App Support cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
