Why am I not receiving emails from Team App?
If you’re not receiving emails, it may be because your email provider has marked previous messages as spam. When this happens, future emails can be blocked.
How do I restore email delivery?
To start receiving emails again, please follow these steps:
Go to your Spam / Junk folder
Find an email from Team App
Open the email and mark it as “Not Spam” or “Safe”
(Recommended) Add the sender to your Safe Senders / Contacts list
What if I’m still not receiving emails?
If your email address has already been suppressed, you may also need to:
Log back into the app or trigger a new email (e.g. request a login code), after marking the email as safe
Contact your team admin or support team if the issue continues
Important
Marking emails as “Not Spam” will only help ensure you receive important Team App communications.
It does not subscribe you to any marketing emails.
