Team App can still be used effectively by members who don’t have or prefer not to use a smartphone. There are alternative ways for them to access information and stay connected with the team.
1. Receive Updates via Email
Admins can manually add members to the Team App so they receive:
Email notifications for news
Email invitations for events
Email copies of important updates
This allows members without the app to stay informed without needing push notifications.
2. Access the Team App via Web Browser
Members who don’t use a smartphone can still access all essential features:

Log in or search for their team
View news, events, documents, schedules, and more
The website version of your Team App provides much of the same functionality as the mobile app.
