Deleting Documents

For security and content management reasons, only Full Admins can delete PDF documents or newsletters. This action must be completed via the website dashboard.


Steps to Delete a Document or Newsletter

  1. Log in to your Team’s Website Dashboard at www.teamapp.com

  2. Open the Documents or Newsletters feature

  3. Find the item you want to remove

  4. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the document or newsletter

  5. Select Delete and confirm

The item will be permanently removed from your Team App.


Important Notes

  • This action cannot be undone

  • Restricted Admins do not have permission to delete documents or newsletters

  • Deleted content will no longer be visible to members
