You can add external links—such as your club’s website, sponsor pages, competition fixtures, or registration portals—using the Web Links feature in Button Management. Once added, members can access these websites directly from within Team App.
Steps to Add an External Link
Copy the URL of the external website you want to link to
Example: your club’s website, a sponsor’s page, or a registration form
Go to your Website Dashboard
Open Button Management
Find one of the available Web Links
Paste the copied URL into the Web Link field
Turn ON the Web Link button so it becomes visible to your members
Save your changes
What Happens Next?
The Web Link button will now appear on your members’ apps
When tapped, it will open the external website within the Team App environment, keeping members inside your app while accessing external content
This is ideal for promoting sponsors, fixtures, results pages, forms, and more
Tips for Best Use
Rename the Web Link button to something meaningful (e.g., “Club Website,” “Fixtures,” “Sponsors”)
Ensure the URL begins with https:// for proper loading
Test the link after saving to confirm it works
