Admins and authorised users can update RSVP responses for other members directly through the app or website. This is useful for managing attendance or updating responses for players, children, or team members who cannot reply themselves.
Steps to RSVP for Another Member
Via the App or Website
Open the Event
Tap or click on any response category:
Yes
No
Maybe
Pending
Find the member’s name
Select the member and edit their reply
Choose the appropriate RSVP response on their behalf
The member’s RSVP will update immediately.
Who Can Do This?
Full Admins
Restricted Admins (for their assigned Access Groups)
Primary Guardians (for their children)
