You can control the privacy of your Team App by managing Access Groups:
Go to your website dashboard → Access Groups
Create or edit groups, and set them to Locked, requiring admin approval for members to join
When posting content, select which access groups are allowed to view it
Members who are not in an access group are considered Public Members.
They will:
Appear in your member list labelled “no access groups”
Only see content posted to the Public group
Not see anything posted to locked or private access groups
Be removable at any time by an admin
Please note:
Your Team App cannot be hidden from search results within Stack Team App or from users browsing public content.
