If you need to remove an entire recurring event series from your Team App, you can do so through the Events feature. This process archives all events in the series at once.
Steps to Delete (Archive) a Recurring Series
Go to your Events feature
Open any event that is part of the recurring series
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner
From the dropdown menu, select Archive All
Confirm your selection
This will archive every event in that recurring series.
What Happens When You Archive All?
All events in the recurring series are removed from your team’s visible schedule
Events are not permanently deleted—they are placed in the Archives
Full Admins can restore or permanently delete archived items later if needed
Why “Archive All” Instead of Delete?
To prevent accidental data loss (such as RSVPs, attendance, or messages), recurring series are archived first, giving admins the chance to review or recover them before final deletion.
