Changing Admins

Full Admins have complete control over your Team App, including managing members, settings, features, and design. To promote a member to Full Admin, follow the steps below.


Steps to Assign Full Admin Privileges

  1. Go to the Team App Website Dashboard at www.teamapp.com

  2. Click on the Members tab

  3. Find the member you want to upgrade to Full Admin

  4. Click the three dots (⋮) next to their name and select Edit

  5. In the edit screen, check the box labeled Provide Full Admin Privileges

  6. Click Save

The user will now have Full Admin access across your team.


What Full Admins Can Do

  • Manage members and access groups

  • Edit roles and permissions

  • Create, delete, or edit team features

  • Update app settings, design, and appearance

  • Access all admin-level dashboards and tools
