Custom Questions for Store

If you've added custom questions to your Store items (e.g., sizes, preferences, additional info), you can export members’ responses through the Payment History section.


Steps to Export Custom Question Answers

  1. Go to your Website Admin Dashboard

  2. Open the Store & Payments tab

  3. Select Payment History

  4. Use the Search/Filter function

  5. Filter the report by item

    • You may enter one or multiple items

  6. Click Export CSV

The exported CSV will now include:

  • All custom questions associated with the selected items

  • Member responses to these questions

  • Standard purchase information


Why Filtering Is Required

Custom questions only appear in the CSV export when the report is filtered by item.
Without filtering, the system cannot determine which custom questions to include.
