You can invite new members through both the website dashboard and the smartphone app. Below are all available methods.
Inviting Members via the Website Dashboard
Go to www.teamapp.com and open your team’s website dashboard. You can invite members using any of the following options:
1. Invite/Promote Button
Click Invite/Promote
Choose from a variety of invite options, such as email, link sharing, or social promotion
2. Manually Add a Member
Open the Members button
Manually enter a new member’s details
The member will receive an email invitation explaining how to join via the smartphone app
If they do not download the app, they remain a manual member and will receive content via email only
3. Bulk Import
In the Members section, click the three dots (⋮) menu
Select Bulk Import
Follow the step-by-step instructions to upload your database
Anyone imported will automatically receive an email invite to join your app
Inviting Members via the Smartphone App
1. Add a Member Manually
Go to your Team’s Home Screen
Tap Settings
Select Member Management → Members
Tap the Add Member icon (top right) to enter a new member’s details
2. Invite Members
Go to your Team’s Home Screen
Tap Settings
Select Member Management → Invite Members
Choose from the available invite options
