Changing the Colour of a Role

Role colours help visually distinguish coaches, managers, volunteers, and other key personnel within your team. You can update a role’s colour at any time through your Admin Settings.


Steps to Change a Role’s Colour

  1. Go to your Admin Settings on the Admin Website Homepage

  2. Click Manage My Roles

  3. Find the role you want to update

  4. Click the three dots (⋮) next to that role

  5. Select Edit Colour

  6. Choose your preferred colour and save


What This Affects

  • The new colour will appear alongside the role on the Team Roster

  • It helps members quickly identify staff or special roles

  • The update displays across both the mobile app and website
