Bulk Import Not Working

When using Members → Bulk Import on your team’s website dashboard, make sure to:

1. Use Only the Official Team App CSV Template

  • You must download one of Team App’s blank CSV templates from the Bulk Import page

  • Do NOT use your own CSV or Excel file

  • The template is specially formatted for correct data mapping


2. Do Not Edit Any Columns, Rows, or Headings

  • Column names, order, and structure must remain exactly as provided

  • Do not add, delete, or rename fields

  • Do not insert extra rows above or below the header

Even small changes can prevent the import from being read correctly.


3. Ensure All Email Addresses Are Valid and Not Duplicated

  • Every email address must be correctly formatted

  • No duplicate emails within the file

  • If an email already exists in your member list, the system will not create a duplicate or override the existing membership


Why These Rules Matter

The Team App template ensures every piece of information goes into the correct data field inside the app.
If the structure changes—even slightly—the import may fail or map data incorrectly.


Still Not Working?

If the import continues to fail:

  • Re-download a fresh blank template

  • Copy/paste your data into that new file

  • Try uploading again
