Changing Stripe Account

If you need to update the Stripe account used for payments in your Team App—such as switching treasurers, updating club banking, or correcting an account connection -you can easily disconnect the old account and link a new one.


Steps to Change Your Stripe Account

  1. Go to your Team’s Settings

  2. Select Payment & Store Settings

  3. Tap Payment Settings

  4. Scroll down and select Disconnect Stripe Account

  5. Follow the prompts to remove the existing Stripe connection

  6. Link your new Stripe account when prompted

Once completed, all future payments will be processed through the newly connected Stripe account.


Important Notes

  • Disconnecting Stripe does not affect past transactions

  • Only full admins with Store/Payment permissions can update Stripe settings

  • Ensure the new Stripe account is fully verified for payments to function

  • Members purchasing items will not experience any disruption once the new account is linked
