Team App allows you to control who can upload photos and videos to your team’s gallery. You can limit uploads to admins only through either the mobile app or the website dashboard.
Restricting Uploads via the Smartphone App
Go to your Team’s Home Screen
Tap Settings
Select App Settings
Go to Features
Tap Gallery Uploads
Choose Admins Only
Tap Save
This will restrict all gallery uploads to full and restricted admins.
Restricting Uploads via the Website Dashboard
Go to the Gallery feature on your website dashboard
Click the three dots (⋮)
Select Settings
Choose Admins Only
Once set, only admins will be able to upload photos and videos.
Additional Notes
Members can only upload photos or videos to Access Groups they belong to - even when uploads are allowed.
Restricting uploads helps maintain content quality and prevent unwanted or inappropriate media.
