How Do I Send Notifications to Members Who Haven’t RSVP’d?
If you want to remind only the members who have not yet responded to an event RSVP, you can send a targeted notification directly from the event page.
Steps to Notify Members Who Haven’t Responded
Go to the Event that requires RSVPs
Tap the Pending icon
(Located next to the Yes and No response icons)
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner
Select Send Notifications
What This Does
A notification is sent only to members who have not yet replied
It does not notify everyone in the group
Helps improve response rates without spamming members who already answered
