Sending Item Reciept to Member

If a member needs their purchase receipt resent, you can easily send it to them through the website dashboard.


Steps to Resend a Receipt

  1. Go to www.teamapp.com/?_detail=v1 and log in

  2. Navigate to the Store & Payments tab

  3. Open the Purchased Product you want to resend the receipt for

  4. Click the three dots (â‹®)

  5. Select Send Notification

This will immediately send a receipt notification to the purchaser’s account.


What the Purchaser Receives

  • A notification containing their receipt details

  • Confirmation of the product purchased

  • Access to their payment record for reference or reimbursement purposes
