If a member needs their purchase receipt resent, you can easily send it to them through the website dashboard.
Steps to Resend a Receipt
Go to www.teamapp.com/?_detail=v1 and log in
Navigate to the Store & Payments tab
Open the Purchased Product you want to resend the receipt for
Click the three dots (â‹®)
Select Send Notification
This will immediately send a receipt notification to the purchaser’s account.
What the Purchaser Receives
A notification containing their receipt details
Confirmation of the product purchased
Access to their payment record for reference or reimbursement purposes
