Unable to view All Recurring Events

If you know you’ve created future events—especially part of a recurring series—but they aren’t appearing in your Events list, this is usually due to a display setting that needs updating.


How to Show All Future Recurring Events

  1. Go to your Events tab

  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner

  3. Select Show Future Recurring Events

Once enabled, the app will display all upcoming events in any recurring series you’ve created.


Why This Happens

To keep event lists tidy, Team App hides long future recurring sequences by default. Turning on Show Future Recurring Events expands your list to display:

  • All upcoming recurring events

  • All future instances you have scheduled

  • Events that continue beyond your default view range
