If you want to temporarily hide a product from your Store (so members can’t see or purchase it), you can do this by adjusting the item’s display settings. Hidden items remain accessible to admins for editing and future use.
Steps to Hide a Store Product
Go to your Store
Select the item you want to hide
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner
Select Edit
Find the Display section
Change the item setting to Allocation Only
This removes the item from the public Store view while keeping it available for admin access.
Where Hidden Items Can Be Found
After setting a product to Allocation Only:
Only Admins will be able to see the item inside the Store
The item will also appear in the Create and Edit Store Items tab for further management
What This Means for Members
Members will no longer see the item in the Store
The product remains fully editable and can be made visible again at any time by switching it back to Available in Store
