If you need to update or rename a role within your Team App (such as Coach, Manager, Treasurer, etc.), you can do so easily via the website dashboard.
Steps to Change a Role Name
Go to your Admin Settings
Located on your Admin Website Homepage at www.teamapp.com
Click Manage My Roles
Find the role you want to rename
Click the three dots (⋮) next to that role
Select Edit Name
Enter the new role name and save
What Happens After Renaming a Role?
The updated role name will display for all team members
Any members assigned to that role will automatically inherit the new title
The change applies across both the mobile app and website
