Content visibility in Team App is controlled by Access Groups. Each group (e.g., Players, Coaches, Parents, Officials) is assigned specific features and content. This means different members may see different information depending on the groups they belong to.
Why You May Be Seeing Different Content
You may be viewing content that others don’t—or missing content they can see—because:
You are in different Access Groups
You are not assigned to any Access Groups
You are not logged in, meaning only public content is visible
How to Check Your Access Groups
Go to your Team’s Settings
Select Access Groups
Review which groups you currently belong to
If you believe you should have access to additional content:
Tap the group name
Choose Request Access
An admin will review and approve your request
Once approved, your app will update to show the appropriate content for your role.
