Managing Team App via the Website

You can manage your entire Team App from the website dashboard, giving you full access to all features and administrative tools. While nearly everything can also be handled through the smartphone app, some advanced functions are only available on the web.


What Can Be Managed on the Website?

The website dashboard provides full control over your Team App, including:

  • Membership management

  • Access Groups

  • News, Events, Chat, and Documents

  • Feature settings and layout

  • Admin permissions

  • App-wide configurations

Most day-to-day admin tasks can be performed on both the website and the mobile app.


Functions Only Available on the Website Dashboard

Certain advanced or bulk-management tools are only available via www.teamapp.com, including:

  • Store management features (specific settings not shown on mobile)

  • CSV downloads of members, schedules, or reports

  • Importing members via CSV

  • Importing schedules or fixtures via CSV

These tools are designed for bulk updates and large-scale administration, which is more efficient on desktop.


Do I Need the Website to Manage My App?

Not always.
Most admins manage their team comfortably through the smartphone app, using the website only when performing bulk actions or advanced tasks.
