There’s no need to create a brand-new Team App each season. You can easily update your existing app to reflect the new year, age group, or competition.
1. Update Your Access Groups
Instead of creating a new app, simply rename your current Access Groups to match the new season.
Example:
Under 13s → Under 14s
2024 Squad → 2025 Squad
This keeps your structure intact while preparing for the upcoming season.
2. Move or Update Members
Admins can manage member details to ensure your groups are up to date:
Move existing members into their new Access Groups
Edit member information as needed
Delete members who have left the club or aged out
This keeps your member list clean and accurate for the new year.
3. Refresh Feature Buttons & Content
You can update any part of your app to match the new season:
Rename feature buttons (e.g., Training → Preseason Training)
Update weblinks, schedules, standings, or documents
Upload new news, events, or forms
This allows your existing app to seamlessly transition without losing historical data.
