Unwanted Users Joining the Team App

Team App provides multiple security and privacy tools to ensure only the right people gain access to your team.


How to Prevent Unwanted Users From Joining

Admins have full control over who can join. You can manage this using:

  • Membership Approval – All membership requests can be approved or denied by admins before access is granted.

  • Access Groups – Members only see features relevant to the groups they belong to, helping protect sensitive information.

  • Privacy Settings – Teams can adjust their app visibility and membership rules to reduce unwanted requests.


Removing an Unwanted Member

If someone joins your app who should not have access, a Full Admin can remove them immediately:

  1. Go to your Members list

  2. Select the unwanted member

  3. Choose Delete Member

  4. Confirm the removal

Once deleted, the user will no longer have access to your team.
