How to Prevent Unwanted Users From Joining
Admins have full control over who can join. You can manage this using:
Membership Approval – All membership requests can be approved or denied by admins before access is granted.
Access Groups – Members only see features relevant to the groups they belong to, helping protect sensitive information.
Privacy Settings – Teams can adjust their app visibility and membership rules to reduce unwanted requests.
Removing an Unwanted Member
If someone joins your app who should not have access, a Full Admin can remove them immediately:
Go to your Members list
Select the unwanted member
Choose Delete Member
Confirm the removal
Once deleted, the user will no longer have access to your team.
