If you no longer need your Team App, you can permanently delete it. Before doing so, we strongly recommend assigning Full Admin access to another member if you want the team to continue operating without you.
How to Delete a Team (Website)
Log in at www.teamapp.com
Go to your Team’s Website Dashboard
Select Admin Settings
Click Delete Team
Confirm the deletion when prompted
How to Delete a Team (Mobile App)
Open the Team App
Go to your Team’s Home Screen
Open Admin Settings
Tap App Settings
Scroll down and select Delete Team
Confirm the deletion
Who Can Delete a Team?
Any Full Admin of the team can delete it.
The deletion is immediate and removes the app from all members’ home screens.
Need a Deleted Team Restored?
If a team was deleted accidentally or you need it reinstated:
Contact us via the Support link with the team name and your account details.
Our team will review the request and advise if restoration is possible.
