Resolving Conflicts When Merging Contacts


If you are unable to merge multiple contacts, this is likely due to data conflicts between the accounts. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select one of the options under the Master Data heading.

  2. Review the conflict(s) that must be resolved before the merge can proceed.

  3. Correct the identified conflict(s).

  4. Select Merge to complete the process.


Once all conflicts are resolved, the contacts can be successfully merged.
