Creating an Item with Instalment Payments Enabled


To create an item that supports instalment payments, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Forms tab in the main menu.

  2. Select one of your existing forms.

  3. Click on the Items heading.

  4. Select the green New Item button.

  5. Complete the item information. When you reach Payment Mandatory, set this option to Mandatory.

  6. Enable Instalment Payments.

  7. Configure the number of instalment payments for the item.


Once instalment payments are enabled, the item will allow payments to be collected across the specified number of instalments.
