Setting Up Guaranteed Games With Knockout Finals

If you’re looking to create guaranteed games that progress into a knockout finals bracket, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Tournaments tab in your Stack Tourney dashboard.

2. Before creating a new tournament, ensure the following are already set up:

   • Age Groups

   • Divisions

   • Seasons

3. Create a new tournament and follow the on-screen prompts:

   • Select Round Robin as the tournament type

   • Choose Yes when prompted to include Finals

4. Complete the tournament setup by configuring:

   • Teams

   • Surfaces

   • Matches

5. As games are played, enter the results for each round.

6. Once round-robin play is complete:

   • Click on the Finals tab

   • Select New Round and enter the required details

7. Create the required finals matches, ensuring all match information is completed.

8. After all finals rounds and matches have been created, click Generate Finals to automatically build the knockout bracket.

Your guaranteed games will now flow seamlessly into the finals structure, ensuring a smooth and professional tournament experience.
