Making all features private

First off, loving this app--all things work as we need EXCEPT making specific features private. Specifically, when someone finds our team -- doesn't even have to request to join, just clicks on widgets -- 4 of the widgets (the 3 custom Weblink URLs and the Sponsors) are all publicly accessible. Anyone can see where these links go. Since we are aa nonprofit whose membership is primarily kids under 18, and we're using at least one of the weblink URLs for a customized carpool map (with their names, addresses and phone numbers), which doesn't logically or intuitively nest within any other widget and/or thumbnail, how can I make any one of these (or preferably all) private? I cannot find ANY way to do this, via iPhone OR the website. Thanks!

Cheresa you are right.. the weblinks are not set by access group.. So anyone can see them.

I guess our rationale is that a weblink by its very nature is available by anyone on the internet. So didn't make sense for us to log it.

However you could use the documents or newsletter button.

      Rename the button

Then set up weblinks in that button restricted by access groups.. That should work!
