Guardian/ child link
my guardian profiles no longer appear to work for my parents after an update last night. I have guardians set up with no access and then link the child account which does have access and the parents could reply no bother but now it is saying they dont have access? Can you advise if something has changed with the update. Many thanks

This doesn't work for me either. I can click on a Child on my team and it shows the parent a "Primary Guardian", but if the parent doesn't have Group Access, only the Child, the parent cannot RSVP for the child. There is no RSVP button in the Event the Child is attending.

Is the event definitely an active event in your app? ie. not 'send later'? Can you give me an example of an event which is upcoming and the child's name where the guardian cannot RSVP? Check the guardian is logged in with the correct Team App e-mail account.

Hi there, as an admin Im unable to RSVP for my child and several parents have also told me they are unable to rsvp. Is this anything to do with being a primary vs secondary guardian? This is the only thing I can think it may be. thanks

Please check the following:
1. Make sure the 'child' is in the access group the event applies to.
2. Make sure the 'guardian' is a primary one - this can be checked by clicking on the child member's card.
3. Make sure the event is live in the app and set at a future date/time.
If problems remain let me know the Team App name, the event and a child/guardian having issues with the RSVP.

2. Make sure the 'guardian' is a primary one - this can be checked by clicking on the child member's card. (Yes, they are)
3. Make sure the event is live in the app and set at a future date/time. (yes, it is live, and it is set for today, this Thursday and this upcoming Saturday)
If problems remain let me know the Team App name, the event and a child/guardian having issues with the RSVP.
