Why is the content I see different from other members?

Visibility to content in Team App is driven by access groups, such as 'officials', 'parents' or 'players'.   If you are not seeing the same content as other members that's likely due to them being in a different access group to you.

Or you may only be a 'public' member and not in any access groups, which provides very limited visibility.   To check your access group and to request additional access click on 'settings' then 'access groups' via your team's app.

Your access request is then approved or denied by the admin of your app.  Once approved you should get visibility on the content you require.
