How can I update my access groups?

Update Access Groups:

Members can leave existing groups or request to join new groups any time.  Some groups are auto-approve, but most will require the administrator to approve your membership request.


Update access groups via the app:

  • Tap settings via your team's home screen.
  • Select access groups from the menu.
  • To remove a group click on it and select 'leave'.
  • To join a new group click on it and request access.
  • Groups listed under 'pending' are awaiting admin approval.


Update access groups via the website:

  • Go to your team's website homepage.
  • Click on the membership icon which appears under your team's name at top left of screen.
  • Click on 'access groups' to leave existing groups or request to join new ones.

Note: Locked groups will require 'approval' from administrators to join.
