Why is my bulk import of members via CSV not working?

(relevant for admins only)

Please ensure you follow the step-by-step instructions within the bulk import section of your dashboard carefully.  The key things to remember are:

  • You must use one of Team App's blank CSV templates and not your own CSV file.   
  • You must not change any columns, rows or headings at all.
  • All e-mail addresses must be valid.

The reason you must use a Team App template is to ensure the information in each cell on the CSV file is placed into the correct data field in the app.
