How do I invite members to join my app?

Inviting members to join my app:

Go to your team's website dashboard via and utilise one of more of these options:

  • Click on invite/promote and select from one of many options.
  • Click on the member's button via the dashboard and manually enter a prospective member - they will be sent an e-mail advising them on how to become a smartphone member of your app.  If they don't download the app they will remain a 'manual' member and will receive e-mails of your content.
  • From within the member's button click on 'bulk import' to import in your database (follow the step-by-step instructions closely).  Anyone imported into your member's list will receive an e-mail invite to join your app.

Alternatively, via the smartphone app:

  • Via your team's home screen / settings / member management / members, then click the + sign at top right of screen.
  • Via your team's home screen / settings / member management / invitations.
  • Click the + sign at top right of screen to create an invitation to send via SMS or e-mail.

How do I merge members? I manually created one of my members/coach. I assigned him as a guardian to his 2 children who are also players. Then he signed up to TeamApp without using the invitation I sent. He now has 2 memberships with the exact same name and email address. All of the important alignments were created in the manual membership. How do I merge that with his new membership account?

      Each e-mail can only exist once in the app. So when he joined your app, if he used the exact same e-mail then this should not have duplicated his membership. Are you saying that when you click on your member's list, this person is in there twice with the exact same e-mail? What is your app name, and what is this member's name & e-mail so I can investigate?
