I removed ads via an ad-free subscription so why am I still seeing ads?

Ad-free Subscription:

Members can remove ads from their app for 12-months via Team App / settings / advertising.  If you've purchased this subscription but are still seeing ads, please try the following trouble-shooting tips:

  • Delete Team App from your device and re-install from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Log back in to the app and go to your Team App home screen / settings / advertising, then click the 'Restore' button.
  • In addition, Android users should go to your device settings / applications / Team App / storage / clear data.

Note: If this process does not resolve your issue please contact us via https://support.teamapp.com/ with details of your Team App e-mail address and your device (ie. iPhone or Android) and we will look to resolve ASAP.

*Remember that if your Team App directs to an external website we are not able to control the ads that serve on those external links.
