Store - Feature Summary


You can create a store to sell items such as membership fees, merchandise, playing kits, uniforms, fundraising tickets etc...  Creating a Store requires you to set-up a secure payment gateway via Stripe - our app takes you through this process which takes only minutes.

Features in Store:

  • Sell merchandise, membership cards & tickets.
  • Assign payments with reminders.
  • Record cash sales.
  • Simple refunds.
  • Custom questions (eg. size S/M/L).
  • Export a CSV/Excel file of sales data (add to Xero or MYOB).

How to Create:

  • Tap Store from the main screen.
  • Connect Stripe payment gateway.
  • Enter items for sale.

Note: Only full admins will have access to the Store features, whilst only trusted officials (President, Treasurer) should be given access to payment details.
